This psychometric tool is designed to determine your Human Skills development.

You will be presented with various Situational Judgement Tests. There is no time limit, but try to work through the scenarios at a reasonable pace and avoid pondering over your answers for too long.

For each scenario, you will be presented with four different ways to respond. Imagine being in that scenario and indicate:

1. The response that is MOST LIKE YOU and

2. The response that is LEAST LIKE YOU
